Ashore Hospitality LLC (“Ashore,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use ashorehospitality.com (the “Site”), book a stay, or otherwise interact with our services, and how we use, share, and protect it.

Information We Collect

Information you provide. When you book a stay, request a quote, contact us, submit an inquiry through our owner-services form, or send a message through the AI chat assistant on the Site, we collect information such as your name, email address, phone number, mailing or property address, reservation dates, number of guests, payment information, and any messages you send us.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, our servers and our infrastructure providers (Railway and Cloudflare) automatically receive standard log information including IP address, browser type, referring page, and time of access. We do not use third-party analytics, advertising, or marketing trackers on the Site.

Communications. We retain records of emails, SMS messages, and other communications between you and Ashore for service, support, and recordkeeping purposes.

To process and confirm reservations and payments
To send stay-related communications (check-in instructions, access codes, checkout reminders)
To respond to inquiries and provide guest and owner support
To operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site and our services
To comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements

How We Share Your Information

We share information only where necessary to operate our services. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your information with third parties for their independent marketing purposes.

Service providers and sub-processors we rely on:

Hostaway: our property-management system; receives reservation, guest, and communication data needed to fulfill your booking
Stripe: processes card payments on our behalf through Hostaway; payment card details are submitted directly to the payment processor and are not retained by Ashore
BuildIt CRM: receives inquiries submitted through our owner-services lead form
Besty AI: powers the AI chat assistant on the Site; receives the messages and any contact details you enter in the chat in order to answer your questions and assist with your stay
Railway and Cloudflare: hosting, content delivery, and security for the Site
Listing channels: if you book through Airbnb, Vrbo, Google Vacation Rentals, or another third-party listing platform, that platform's own privacy policy governs the information they collect from you, which they then share with us through Hostaway to fulfill the reservation

We may also disclose information when required by law, in response to lawful requests by public authorities, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Ashore, our guests, owners, or others.

Cookies and Tracking

The Site uses only the cookies necessary to operate basic functionality and security. Our AI chat assistant (provided by Besty AI) may set functional cookies or use local storage to maintain your conversation; it is not used for advertising, marketing, or cross-site tracking. We do not use third-party advertising, marketing, or analytics cookies. Your browser's Do Not Track signal does not change our practices because we do not engage in cross-site tracking.

Data Security

We take reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures to protect personal information from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. No method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide our services, fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, comply with legal and tax obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict the processing of your personal information, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. Children's Privacy

International Users

Ashore is based in the United States. If you access the Site from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, which may have data-protection laws different from those of your country.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the Effective Date above. Material changes will be communicated through the Site or by other appropriate means.
