Located on front beach road, this quiet townhome is right across the street from a local gem, The Sunnyside Cafe (get the onion rings - you will not be disappointed!). Just over a mile away from Winn Dixie and Publix Supermarkets, CVS, Waffle House, and more. Thomas Donut & Snack Shop only 2.5 miles away. If you're looking to travel scenic Highway 30A, it's only an 8 minute drive away. Alys Beach is an 11 minute drive away Pier Park, with shopping, movie theater, theme park and more is only a 13 minute drive away A bike will be sufficient for most travel, as the beach is just out the back door, and the grocery stores are 1 mile away. However, we do not recommend biking on Highway 98, even though Rosemary and 30A are just a few miles away. There is a lot of construction going on, so we do recommend either renting a car, or using a car service. If you'd rather not use cars, Instacart is a great option for larger grocery hauls. If you are interested in arriving to a fully stocked kitchen, please ask about the grocery shopping service from Ashore Hospitality and we will be in touch! No refunds are granted for any interruption in Wi-Fi service during your stay, no exceptions. Please be aware the cleaning fee includes the cleaning fee, the reservation fee, and license fee. Very quiet and peaceful. Would stay here again. The owners are exceptionally personable and helpful with whatever you may need. We did have a loud party crowd staying in the large home near-by the last day of our trip. Otherwise, sitting in the screened porch or back sitting area, watching the waves, is perfectly peaceful and wonderful. No fault of the owners, but just to let you know that this is a possibility. Solution… We walked down to the ocean to enjoy sitting there the last night, instead. The waves blocked out the noise completely.

This place was perfect for our family. The view from the screened in porch is amazing. House was clean and comfortable. Most places we chose to go were within 10-20 minutes so location was good.

If you are looking for a quiet place and a short walk to the beach this is for you. The house was just as pictured. Screened in porch and patio area on the back were nice a nice bonus. Plenty of room and everything nicely appointed. The host are extremely responsive and helpful. Great place.

Everything about this place is perfect! Location: steps from the beach, away from a public entrance, not near 1000s of condo units. Private: Three units only, fence on both sides to grant privacy, screened in porch. Amenities: This could use improvement. There wasn't a lot of choices in the kitchen (no pitcher to make tea, no can opener, could use an air fryer or smaller grill). There is a full sized grill, but it had caked on grossness and we couldn't get it to light. Views: You can see the ocean from the patio, family room area, and upstairs bedrooms...and that was perfect for me. We will be back.
